Waiver of installation charges for prospective postpaid Broadband customers.
The promotional scheme is available, only to the prospective postpaid Broadband customers who provide their own modem, on promotional basis for 90 days w.e.f. 06-09-2012.
Restoration of Disconnected Postpaid Broadband Customers Under Prepaid Broadband
Post-paid BB customers having Modem on outright purchase from BSNL or their own Modem, whose BB connection is disconnected due to any reason, may restore their connection as Pre-paid Broadband without any installation charges and 100 MB complementary balance with 15 days validity.
After provisioning of Prepaid BB connection, customer can recharge his account through Prepaid BB vouchers.
All other terms and conditions currently applicable to Broadband applicants shall remain the same.
