1) First, do a factory reset.
2) Second, go to the Menu page and highlight the restore factory default option, DO NOT CLICK OK!!!!!!!, press 7799 on the restore factory default option.
3)Third, U WILL GET A NEW WINDOW, DON'T DO ANYTHING ON THIS WINDOW , Press exit on your remote and go to the Installation window, AND MANUALLY SCAN WHAT EVER SATELLITE U WANT.
AND ADD FTA CHANNELS
ENJOY
