Anil.HD i have sure shot news that signal is there in mumbai , nagpur so i think it should be available in your area also. if you have some 12 feet dish antenna you can give a try on that
see the map below center line is 100% signal your area cross that line. so signal may reduce in your area as you are towards east

Mohit45 i am getting it on 10 to 12 feet dish signal is very weak you need big dish to give a try
