message is....
"Dear Subscribers, due to capacity constrain and
MIB's notification dated 6th September 2013
making it mandatory for us to carry 24 DD
Channels to its subscribers. 'ETV Rajasthan',ETV
Oriya Channels will be discontinued on our DTH
platform shortly".
