Buy C Band LNBf

Hello DishExpert,
I've talked with them and they told me...
Gardiner make LNB,
3.4 to 4.2 Ghz, 17 k noise,
950 to 1450 Mhz out put, Price Rs.1450/-
So, if I buy this LNB, is it solve my problem ?

i purchased this lnb for 1300 only this is 4 months back.

may be now rate is up but it will certanely resolve this issue

Fluctuation problem is solved now using WSI Digital C Band 13k LNB import from NewYork.
Waiting for another 17k Gardiner LNB from Mumbai.
